Meyer Bergman

  • Meyer Bergman is a specialist real estate investment management firm headquartered in London.
  • Its primary objective is value creation through the active development, repositioning and asset management of under-utilised or undermanaged retail assets including shopping centres and high street shops in downtown and out-of-town locations, as well as corporate opportunities with a significant retail angle.
  • Meyer Bergman targets attractive investment opportunities in Western, Central and Eastern Europe with typical transaction values ranging from €40 million to €350 million.
  • Meyer Bergman will be using our software data management, investor reporting, management reporting and scenario analysis.


  • Brookfield Property Group is made up of several sectors but has significant retail as well as other sectors including office, multi-family, industrial and hotel asset classes and over $81 billion of real estate assets under management.
  • They have approximately 130 users of the system in North America. We are fully integrated with their data warehouse and is used extensively for portfolio management, lease management and budget preparation.
  • In 2010 Brookfield undertook to replace their long time budgeting solution (Dyna) in both the US and Canada, and other point solutions in Australia and the UK.
  • After an extensive global product search, Brookfield settled on our solutions as the global standard for budgeting, forecasting and valuations. The first implementation began with the then recently acquired Australia operations with Multiplex.

Oxford Properties

  • Applying a rigorous and disciplined approach, Oxford's investment group is responsible for identifying, underwriting, acquiring, and executing on a broad range of investment opportunities across the risk/reward spectrum on a global basis.
  • From coast to coast, Oxford owns and manages over 47 million square feet of prime Office, Retail, Industrial, and Multi-Family Residential property.
  • They are using the system to optimize the returns of their portfolio as well as managing risk. Key User Groups are: Portfolio Management, Treasury and Asset Management – for Lease Forecasting and Valuation
  • Our software is utilised on a daily basis to run sophisticated scenarios of debt and equity structures, acquisition / disposition scenarios, and returns optimization.

  • Derwent is the fourth largest REIT in the UK.
  • 5.3m sq ft of property under management.
  • £2.7bn in asset under management.

  • One of our largest implementations in the UK.
  • Client since 2003.
  • UK's largest REIT (converted Jan 1st, 2007).

  • Client since 2007.
  • Three entities: Inland Real Estate Company, Inland American Real Estate, Inc., and Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc.
  • 670 properties across the three entities.
  • Assets worth approx. US$7.5 billion.
  • Property Management system is JD Edwards® (Enterprise One®).
  • Users comprise Property Managers, Asset Managers, Accountants and Analysts.
  • Initial phase of project was to prepare budgets, 5 year forecasts and reforecasting, and portfolio analysis.
  • Looking to add FFO calculations and more detailed recoveries.
