Bruce Millar

CEO

Bruce Millar (BCom New South Wales) founded Cougar Software in 1992. With a background in finance, he developed 'risk arbitrage' trading systems for the State Bank of New South Wales and Jacksons Stockbrokers. Since then he has been responsible for the design of a wide variety of software products within the finance & real estate industries. He has had extensive dealings with professionals at all levels of funds management, real estate, banking and software industries in Australia and internationally. His deep understanding of real estate and investment principles provides the background to Cougar's emphasis on the global real estate investment industry. Bruce leads the Asia Pacific business out of Sydney, Australia.

Oren Rosen, MBA

President, North America

As President and Group CEO, Oren Rosen (MBA) is responsible for Cougar's™ global vision, corporate strategy and operations. Oren’s global responsibility extends to his responsibilities for defining and deploying consistent standards for business development, implementation, and support, ensuring Cougar's™ high standards and strong reputation are maintained in all regions the company operates.

Oren possesses strong business fundamentals enhanced with an Executive MBA from Kellogg/Schulich and a solid background in management consulting with top tier consulting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.

Oren is a technology and real estate veteran with significant knowledge and experience in building software companies, having occupied leadership positions in some leading real estate software solution providers.

Oren holds a Bachelor of Technology from Macquarie University (Australia) and an MBA from Kellogg (Northwestern) and Schulich (York University).

Benjamin Duke

Executive Director and Head of Product Development

Ben Duke (Batchelor of Science) joined Cougar™ in its infancy in 1997 and from then has spear-headed the Cougar’s product development teams. He is responsible for developing Cougar™’s Core applications and implementing product strategy. He leads Cougar's research & development team and quality assures large implementations around the world.

Robert John, MBA

President, Europe

Robert John (MBA) joined us in 2006 to head up our European operations and is responsible for the successful growth and prominence cougar is establishing in Europe. Previously, Robert was an associate partner with Deloitte & Touche GmbH/Innova AG in Germany, where he was also head of corporate consulting and a specialist in portfolio management with focus on the real estate industry.

Robert holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Anglia Polytechnic University, Cambridge, England and a Diplom-Betriebswirt of Technische Fachhochschule zu Berlin, Germany.
