  • Create and report by ownership structure
  • Ability to switch on reports from summarized to detailed level (portfolio by account versus portfolio with property level breakdown, summarized by accounting groups versus detailed by account line items); drill down. ARGUS and DYNA require that properties be "rolled up" to portfolio. In Cougar, you can define a portfolio then drill down to the property / lease level. Not possible in ARGUS and DYNA
  • Ability to effect mass changes across multiple properties / units / leases without the need to open multiple files (what if scenarios)
  • A lot of what will entice the portfolio managers will only be in V8. Dashboards, tree view etc.
