Property Manager

  • Build budgets and re-forecasts quickly and efficiently, using either a top down (e.g., strip center or industrial) or bottom up (e.g., office or retail mall)
  • Integration with the PM system provides the basis for the budget or forecast (e.g., rent roll, last year's actuals, current year actuals)
  • Ability to update actuals from PM system for re-forecasting
  • Ability to effect mass changes across multiple properties / units / leases without the need to open multiple files
  • Daily integrity
  • Copy / paste from Excel
  • Ability to have multiple properties and reports open simultaneously
  • Security by role including the ability to limit the accounts applicable to each role (e.g., specialty leasing can be limited to a certain account range)
  • Comprehensive reporting including the ability to create custom reports and integration with Excel
